Inspired by the Chifa culinary fusion of Peruvian and Chinese cuisines brought to Peru by the influx of East Asian immigrants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, VOX Kitchen was born from the sincere belief in bridging different communities through food. A restaurant by Kei Concepts. VOX Kitchen is a fusion kitchen focused on Chifa cuisine that started off as an experiment of chefs.
